Scope of the Mechanism This platform is available to any individual, group, or organization negatively impacted—or with reasonable grounds to believe they may be impacted—by the business activities of Nichino Europe, our subsidiaries, or our business partners (supply chain).

The Process

- Confirmation: We will confirm receipt and assess the applicability of the case (typically within 15 business days).
- Investigation: Relevant departments will conduct a fact-finding investigation.
- Remediation: If a violation is confirmed, Nichino Europe will work to implement appropriate corrective measures and provide updates on progress.
