We are looking for a Business Development Manager – Adjuvants & Biostimulants to support the global expansion of our existing and new product portfolio, with a particular focus on markets outside the EMEA region.

Based in the UK or EU, you will identify growth opportunities, develop commercial strategies, and build strong relationships with partners and customers worldwide.

As part of a small team dedicated to adjuvants and biostimulants, you will work closely with technical, regulatory, and marketing colleagues to support product commercialization and market development. You will provide market insights, contribute to product positioning, and help drive the successful launch and growth of innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate has experience in the adjuvant (ideally) or biostimulant industry, gained through technical, marketing, product management, or commercial roles.  You are entrepreneurial, internationally minded, and motivated by the opportunity to grow a specialized business on a global scale.
